Obsidian Feathers

If you downloaded Obsidian Feathers during the last Stuff Your Kindle Day, let this be your sign to read it! This is the book for all monster romance lovers. Please check the trigger warnings on this one, it is dark and bloody.

American Dreamer

When Nesto moves his food truck from NYC to Cayuga Lake, he knows he’s only got six months to make his business a success. The last thing he needs is a distraction in the form of quiet librarian Jude.

Take the Lead

Stone has no interest in dancing on TV, but he’ll do whatever he has to for his family. Gina’s ready to win this reality dance show after four failed seasons . A showmance might lead them to victory.

Isabel and the Rogue

Wallflower Isabel works to unearth any British intelligence she can find, even as British agent Sirius spots her lurking in shadows. I’m a sucker for spy romances and this did not disappoint. Liana De la Rosa’s work has made me eager to read more historical romance placed outside of Britain.

The Worst Best Man

A wedding planner gets left at the alter and has to collaborate with the best man from her failed wedding. The animosity between Lina and Max is so funny. This is the rom com you need.

Twice a Quinceañera

I love that this book centers Nadia’s independence as she flees her cheating fiancé and throws herself a quinceañera at 30. There’s a cute second chance romance with her old summer fling too.

The Sunbearer Trials

Teens compete through a series of trials in this Mexican-inspired fantasy duology. 10 teens compete to become the next Sunbearer, so they can carry light to all the temples. If you want something to read after Percy Jackson, this is a good choice.

Raiders of the Lost Heart

When archaeologist Dr. Corrie Mejía is invited to do a dig in the Mexican jungle to look for the remains of her ancestor, she knows it’s too good to be true. Too bad she’s proven right when she and Dr. Ford Matthews find a thief lurking around their campsite.
